Question: You were one of the first to focus on the development of thalassotherapy abroad. How did this idea come about? Answer: Indeed, we have bet on this development for the simple reason that Tunisia has magnificent shores, complying with the 83 standards of thalassotherapy of the Tunisian Ministry of Public Health (decree-law 1992), which are the most draconian standards known today in the world of thalassotherapy and which we presented at the last international congress on thalassotherapy in Hammamet.

So clean shores, in a clean environment, in hotels combining comfort and luxury, in the sun of Tunisia, for unbeatable prices with equal benefits. The transition from fitness to medical thalassotherapy but in a clean and serene friendly setting was very logical.

Question: Have you invested yourself as a player in the field? Answer: Of course my wife, myself and our entire team are passionate. Our passion is to reshape the curist, whom we treat as a guest, and we invest ourselves from the beginning, from the design of our complexes on paper, to their construction and implementation, then to their operation by ourselves. Our company brings together skills in engineering, architecture as well as construction and operation. Our commitment is total.

Question: What matters most to you? The location or the concept? Answer: Some would tell you, the success of a business depends first and foremost on its location. For my part, I will tell you that the concept is as important as the location. Today, Vital Center International has a concept of its own, based on 2 main methods: – Marine sophrology by our method “relive the 5 senses” and “The marine school of the back” by our method of reassessment and marine rehabilitation of the back.

A 3rd concept is being realized in our hotels PALAIS DES ROSES INTERNATIONAL where the center becomes half aquatic, that is to say that half of the treatment rooms are immersed under sea water, totally surrounded by marine fauna and flora, in a universe worthy of the twenty-first century. Vital Center International has always wanted to be innovative and every year we try to improve our concepts.

Location is also important. All our centers are resolutely turned towards the sea, largely open to nature and the sun and allow our spa guests to do their cures in a pleasant setting, with an omnipresent quality charter. Our spa guests are not disoriented by the methodology of the center, which is rigorously the same everywhere in the Vital Center International centers. The only change of scenery there can be will be the pleasure of the eyes of the place itself, the décor of the center, the hotel and the hinterland, which are different from one place to another and from one country to another.

Question: Is your concept mainstream? How do you define it? Answer: Our concept, as I told you, is based on classical thalassotherapy with 4 or 5 treatments per day depending on the cure chosen, but systematically associating (included in the cure) the method “relive the 5 senses” and the marine school of the back. The price of the cures is reasonable, only varies the price of the hotel while remaining at conditions well below what is offered elsewhere with comparatively equal products.

I wanted to reach the widest possible audience. It is up to him to choose the formula: 4 stars, 5 stars or 5 stars prestige, in animated or classic formula. The curist must be able to come with his family and do his cure, or come as a couple and find the product that suits him, just as he can do it alone in another type of product: different formulas for different types of curists

I wanted to touch “Mr. everybody” through some of our care complexes where the week of cure in 1/2 board, from November to April, travel included, does not exceed 762.25 € from France, but also touch senior executives and liberal professions, through the prestige formulas where the 1st price starts from 1143.75 € all inclusive.

Our core business, which is medicine, will never allow us to offer thalassotherapy cures for the haves and others different for the less fortunate. Medical services must be strictly the same for all individuals, regardless of any pecuniary consideration. Providing the same thalassotherapy services in all our treatment complexes is the very foundation of the Vital Center International concept, only the hotel services change depending on the type of hotel chosen.
